UB Greensfelder LLP has an opening for a full-time Litigation Support Case Manager in the Litigation Support Department to work out of our Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland or St. Louis office locations. This is a hybrid/remote eligible position. UBG has a robust litigation support department that works as integral members of the legal team to help resolve eDiscovery issues and make document review and production run smoothly. Responsibilities Include : Provide technical support to the litigation case teams and serve as main contact with legal teams. Provide status reports to legal teams as requested. Assists attorneys and paralegals in planning discovery projects. Aids with data collection and administering Relativity Analytics to aid in document review. Builds and maintains litigation databases. Creates document productions. Assist case teams in preparation of documents for presentation at depositions, hearings and trials. Working with vendors and others as needed. Qualified Applicants Will Have: Experience administering Relativity and Relativity Analytics strongly preferred. 5 years' experience in a litigation environment with a minimum of one year managing electronic discovery projects. Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Excel or similar programs very important. A desire to continue learning as technology changes rapidly and a team oriented attitude. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
