Position Overview:

As the allcove Program Manager, you will be instrumental in constructing, implementing, and overseeing the allcove Sacramento Center, a vital resource for youth and families seeking integrated behavioral health and physical health services. We seek an individual with a unique skill set, extensive health program management, budgeting, and grant reporting experience, and a proven track record in youth engagement within marginalized communities, community outreach, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the allcove center.

Lead and evaluate the implementation of mental health services for youth and families.

Develop strategic and business plans in collaboration with senior management and consortium partners.

Manage grants, budgets, and expenses, ensuring compliance and reporting.

Assess service quality and program outcomes, submitting reports.

Education and Requirements:

Master's degree in public health, healthcare-related field, life sciences, or equivalent

experience working with transitional-aged youth

Minimum of 5 years of related

extensive youth and budgeting experience

Demonstrated commitment to

youth mental health

Exceptional communication skills, both technical and for lay audiences.

Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

allcove Center Manager: Summary of Responsibilities:

The purpose of the center manager position is to lead, develop, implement, oversee, and manage the operations, future growth, and development of the allcoveTM center. The center manager works closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with the Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission grant, direction from the lead agency, Community Consortium partners, and the Youth Advisory Group.

Position Context:

allcove creates integrated mental health centers for young people ages 12 to 25, offering support for mental health, physical health, substance use, peer support, family support, and supported education and employment.

Job Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

A broad understanding of the challenges and experiences of

youth , including specific local community factors

Five to 10 years of

direct service

and/or relevant work experience providing mental health services or programs

Proven experience

managing large budgets

in health or community service organizations.

Ability to effectively plan and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency and meet funding deliverables.

Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Detailed understanding of the California healthcare system, particularly in behavioral health and primary care

Recommended Qualifications and Requirements:

Masters' degree in business administration or health services management and/or Masters' level clinician (social work, marriage and family therapy, psychologist, drug and alcohol counselor) with state

licensure/certification

and clinical expertise with adolescents and/or young adults.

Bilingual preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
