The Financial Operations Director will oversee all aspects of our financial operations within our organization. This role will play a critical part in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing operational efficiencies across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to optimize working capital efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Implement best practices and standardize financial procedures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost structure and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in the medical device or healthcare sector.
