Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ of financial functions experience, leadership experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This is a highly visible role with growth opportunities. This position is hybrid.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile, track, analyze information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and financial models to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Completion of monthly close and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage the analysis of results and preparation of monthly business review reports.
- Responsible for the annual strategic planning and budgeting financial process.
- Review and analyze operating results and identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions to leaders to improve overall operational and financial performance.
- Evaluate sales demand requirements plans.
- Drive process improvements in commercial finance reporting.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in finance or closely related field.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
- Commercial finance and manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Highly motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
