Project Supervisor Rate of pay: $24.50 Main work location: Lucid Casa Grande Available to cover Days and Afternoon shifts, as needed Available to commute within AZ (primarily Mesa, Phoenix, and nearby areas) Available for OT, if necessary Available for Weekend support, if necessary Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors. Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams and customers to solve problems. Responsibilities & Duties Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety. Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project. Manage customer relationships. Complete required training classes. Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.
