As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled and financial analyst to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Summary:

As a Financial Analyst at Q LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. You will be responsible for a range of financial activities including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
Review and reconcile financial statements and balance sheets.
Analyze and perform inventory reconciliations and physical inventory assessments.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
Serve as a backup for Accounts Payables and Receivables, including collections.
Create and support a cycle count program for inventory management.
Manage capital appropriations requests, fixed asset management, and project cost tracking.
Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
2-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
