Description

Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits-related matters.
Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes and new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new employees.
Recruitment & Retention: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, as well as retention strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity.
Wage & Salary Administration: Assist with the administration of wage and salary programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Employee Relations: Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Learning & Development: Assist in the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
HRIS Administration: Accurately enter, maintain, and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies; analyze data to identify trends, generate reports, and support HR decision-making processes

Requirements
- A genuine passion for human resources and a strong commitment to creating a positive employee experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- 6+ years experience in an HR Assistant role or related field is required
