Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Wage: $18 - 22/hr, based on knowledge and experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

Objective:

Under the direction of the Business Operations Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator supports various human resources programs and activities to maintain a positive work environment for our employees. The Human Resources Coordinator also partners with several leaders in the business to support key programs.

Requirements of Position:

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Ability to work with Microsoft Office Platforms (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

Ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

General Duties:

Serves as primary point of contact for employee concerns, suggestions and complaints, escalate to leadership team accordingly

Oversee Payroll Process including time and attendance and leave tracking

Oversee recruiting and onboarding process, including maintaining job postings, applicant tracking, phone and onsite interviews

Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR Records

Greet all visitors and facilitate correct sign in procedures as well as direct all incoming calls to the facility accordingly

Monitor general inquiry inbox and escalate accordingly

Support Sales initiatives through sample request program

Support Safety Program through incident tracking and corrective actions

Support Quality Program through monthly locker inspections

Support special projects throughout the facility as needed
