Private family looking to hire a live-in Housekeeper/Nanny in their Sands Point, NY home.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a full time live in housekeeper/nanny. We live in Sands Point on Long Island and have 3 girls ages 4.5, 2.5 and 7 months old. We also have a small dog. We are looking for someone who can help with about 75/80% housekeeping and 20/25% childcare. The older 2 kids are out of the house for a good chunk of the day and I am a stay at home mom and do a lot of the childcare. Duties will include: cleaning, housekeeping, organizing, family laundry, tidying, childcare, light cooking, etc.

What Works Best for Family: We are looking someone who can be discreet and professional. Someone who is a hard worker who is flexible with a positive attitude. The person should like children and dogs. They should also not have an obtrusive or invasive personality. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has experience doing housekeeping in large homes and with caring for multiple children with viable references.
