The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls, handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account maintenance.

**What you will do:**

* Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timely

* Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate

* Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes

* Process customer comments and feedback

* Perform data entry and database maintenance functions

**How you will shine:**

* Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

* 2 years of customer service or retail experience

* Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts

* Juggling multiple projects, providing solutions and having a positive impact on the team

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferred

* Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus
