This important area of our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier, Payne and Bryant families. In addition to phone support, job site visits with the dealer are required to assist with problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers.
