Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Infrastructure Strategy and Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for OneDigital’s IT infrastructure. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex infrastructure components. Network Architecture and Optimization: Develop and maintain a robust network architecture that supports scalability, security, and high availability. Lead network upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Collaborate with vendors to optimize network services. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. Telecom Systems Management: Manage telecommunications services, including voice, data, and video communication. Ensure efficient utilization of telecom resources. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements. Cloud Expertise: Design and implement cloud solutions (public, private, or hybrid) to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations for an environment running in the Azure cloud, including annual infrastructure testing to validate the availability of network connectivity and Recovery Time Objective as well as Recovery Point Objective. Lead cloud migration initiatives and ensure seamless integration. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments. Collaborate with information security teams to address vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization.
