JOB SUMMARY
This warm and engaging team member is an integral part of our Flavor Factory with a keen eye towards the improvement and optimization of our Production line. With our growing business, the Team lead role is essential to achieving our goals. This role works within a dedicated team to optimize production output, oversee team member safety and training implementation, and coordinate activities at our fast-paced manufacturing facility. Activities may include, coordinating meetings with team members, conducting training, maintaining, and updating production data, organizing daily workflow, executing break relief strategies and any other activities needed to ensure a successful Torani service to customers.
A true team player, the Team lead balances the daily workflow needs while also setting the team up for future success in their upcoming work. Taking pride in your work, routine tasks are done with a dedication to accuracy, consistency and driven by customer service and satisfaction. Verification processes and team member support are your focus. You take direction well while working on a team, keeping yourself informed of time-sensitive information. You are a go-getter, who gives it your all, and is always willing to lend a hand and support others in times of need. As an extension of the leadership team, you are called upon to assist in running team meetings, training sessions for safety & manufacturing topics, as well as coordinating the production floor. Your visible floor presence allows you to spend time developing your team, and to keep a pulse on the operation. Administrative work, including orchestrating the schedule of our team (and sometimes our flavors), is accurate and efficient.
