Project Manager (Process Improvement) Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Manager (Process Improvement) in Menlo Park, CA to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager (Process Improvement), you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize NPI workflows, documentation structures, and operating models. Identify, prioritize, and drive execution across a portfolio of 30+ improvement opportunities impacting manufacturing, engineering, and program management teams. Collaborate with global stakeholders to define standard templates, tools, and documentation systems for NPI readiness and reporting. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to capture pain points, define requirements, and align on future-state processes. Create and maintain a central repository of NPI process documentation, SOPs, and best practices. What's Needed? 5+ years of program or process management experience supporting NPI, manufacturing operations, or engineering teams. Proven success in process documentation, standardization, and optimization initiatives. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple improvement efforts simultaneously. Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in large, complex organizations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence without direct authority. What's in it for me?
