We are searching for a talented Practice Administrator II
This position oversees 3 locations specializing in Pain Management and Neurosurgery. Locations are in Dartmouth, Fall River and Wareham.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities:Position reports to the Director of Operations or designee. Oversee patient flow and the daily operations for ambulatory practices with greater than 50 FTE staff, including providers. Position is responsible for overall practice operations for designated ambulatory practice locations but not limited to providers and associated support staff, strategy and development, budget, revenue, compliance, communication, quality and project management.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- More than seven years of experience in a medical office practice is required.
- More than seven years of supervisory/leadership experience in an ambulatory setting is required.
- Certification in Physician Practice Management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide strong customer service and demonstrate leadership skills is required.
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is required.
- EPIC experience is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Pay Range:
USD $75,150.40 - USD $126,380.80 /Yr.
