Study existing and recent legislation to ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or related field. 2+ years' experience in accounting or related field. Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Great Plains software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels across the organization. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and responsibility. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Superior data management and data analysis skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines. Operational mindset and solid customer service instincts; demonstrate accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and see supervisory assistance as appropriate. This is an onsite position at the Dallas, TX location and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Nice To Haves Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent.
