The Technical Project Manager will lead multiple scrum teams of engineers in the execution and implementation of application builds. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role

Manage and oversee the project lifecycle from conception to completion. Work with product managers, engineers and designers to align technical solutions with business needs. Lead and coordinate with multiple scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and progress. Identify and resolve any issues that may impede the success of the project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of software development and project management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in the education technology sector (preferred). Familiarity with Discovery Education's business model and objectives (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Legal right to work in the United States. Benefits
