Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Answer all incoming telephone calls, respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerUse and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include, but not limited to, logging and recording all service requests, initiating, dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reportsEnsure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team membersCoordinate office trafficPerform additional general office duties including, but not limited to, processing paperwork, scheduling team members, assisting with daily attendance tracking, conducting inventory and equipment maintenance and tracking guest comments and feedback, as needed What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
