Senior Customer Service Specialist | Scottsdale, AZ

**CCMC currently has a full-time Senior Customer Service Specialist position available in Scottsdale, AZ**
Provides inbound customer assistance via customer services hotline. Provides reception support, accounts receivable, and collections team support.
The Senior Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service to all internal and external CCMC customers; fielding all inbound Customer Service calls and providing effective assistance to homeowners with questions or concerns regarding billing, dues, fees, address changes, general account maintenance and other issues; acting as primary call escalation agent; providing general administrative support to the Account Receivable Team including making copies, faxing, postage, filing, and other support-related duties; light data entry; developing and maintaining superior knowledge and understanding of Account Receivable policies and procedures to more effectively and efficiently resolve customer issues and provide support to the Account Receivable Team; primary onboarding agent for new incoming staff; special projects as identified.
The ideal candidate will provide quality customer service to internal and external CCMC customers; quickly process complex information and respond appropriately; troubleshoot and problem solve accounts receivable and collections issues; effectively multi-task; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with community managers, customers and staff; a thorough understanding of and commitment to customer care
This position provides a typical, multi-tasking office environment; regular office hours are 8am to 5pm or staggered working hours to accommodate time zone considerations with an hour for lunch; may require occasional time commitment outside of regular working hours
A minimum of one year Customer Service experience; competent data entry skills and 10 key by touch; ability to maintain Excel spreadsheets and utilize common computer tools and office equipment; knowledge of the operations if homeowners association and desire to advance is preferred.
