An independent advisory firm in Cockeysville, MD, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others to join their growing team as a Client Relationship Associate. This position plays an important role in supporting Advisors and creating an exceptional customer experience for clients by bringing clarity and understanding to their financial lives.
Compensation:
$65,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Financial Planning Process
- Enter client data into financial planning software and spreadsheets
- Generate financial analyses and plans for clients, coordinating with Advisors
- Develop close, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Coordinate with the Director of Investments for client portfolio management
- Assist clients with operational inquiries, requests, and problems
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (e.g., Orion, Salesforce) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional client service orientation and attitude
- Genuine interest in serving and caring for others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- High attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred, or equivalent career experience
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry preferred
- Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
