Byline Bank is currently seeking an SBA Loan Packager to provide support to the loan closers by assisting in the day to day loan processing activities and general departmental functions. Other duties will include processing input loan data in the nCino and SBA One systems; prepare SBA loan application packages for borrowers execution, process borrowers commitment letter deposits, and order third party reports; including tax transcripts and background searches. This position will interact with internal and external customers.

**What you need to bring**

An interest in SBA Lending and Commercial Banking and working with people, building relationships and providing the best customer experience possible is essential to this role.

**SBA Loan Packager Core Responsibilities:**

* Process Input loan data in the nCino and SBA One systems.

* Prepare SBA loan application package for borrowers execution.

* Order third party reports, tax transcripts and background searches.

* Interact with both internal and external customers.

* Prepare CIP forms for approval in accordance in Bank's Customer Identification Program.

* Conduct post close audits on closed loan files.

* Prepare loan files to be shipped to Loan Operations.

* General administrative assistant duties (copying, scanning, overnight shipping, etc.).

**Requirements:**

* One year of general banking experience.

* Two years of experience in commercial or SBA loan processing is desired.
