If you have a passion for coaching and developing sales teams and a keen eye for customer engagement, apply now to join our dynamic team.Finance Manager- Assistant Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:Finance Manager- Assistant Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary: Assistant Automotive Sales Manager position pays $2000 monthly salary plus 2.0% total new and used vehicle gross commission.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Hannah Motor Company provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability, alongside a robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning.Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Assistant Automotive Sales Managers subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.Finance Manager- Assistant Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities: Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of the sales team.Directs and schedules the activities of team employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system.Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager.Forecasts aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for individual team members and provides them with the support to meet these goals.Assists in development of improvement programs for team members who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.Ensures team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.Recommends for dismissal any salesperson failing to meet dealership standards.Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately.Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.Maintains professional appearance.Attends sales meetings.Finance Manager- Assistant Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).Public relations skillsTeam building skillsTraining and development skillsMental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems.Ability to actively participate in team development and team-oriented processes and motivate others to do the same.Ability to read, speak and understand English.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.Ability to multi-task.Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one's own time.Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.Team player with a positive attitudeComputer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)Organized and extremely detail-orientedAbility to prioritizeDeadline-orientedBasic knowledge of dealership operations.At Dick Hannah Dealerships, our Core Values are summed up in four words: Family, Integrity, Respect and Purpose.
