Ecommerce Coordinator

One of LHH's beauty client is seeking an E-commerce Specialist for their NJ office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing their brand-owned D2C ecommerce platform. You will work closely with the sales and marketing counterparts to drive revenue growth and improve the overall customer experience.

This role has 5 days on-site schedule in Englewood, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations from listing management to sales promotions
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, drive new traffic, and build loyalty
• Manage and optimize product listings, working with marketing to cultivate an attractive online presence through compelling product descriptions, images, social content and more
• Actively monitor, optimize and implement new strategies to attract new visitors and customers
• Stay abreast of ecommerce and conversion trends to specifically in the areas of PPC/Performance Advertising, SEO, website conversion strategies, Content Marketing
• Work closely with our HQ marketing counterpart to procure marketing assets needed for US

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with areas of digital marketing such as SEO, content marketing, ecommerce strategies, online advertising, etc.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working in ecommerce is a huge plus
• Highly organized and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Loves to present new ideas and is eager to brainstorm for new sales/marketing initiatives with a can-do attitude
