Job Description:

Join our team as a Senior IT Business Analyst, where you'll be a key player in refining and supporting our technical systems. You'll be the bridge between IT and various departments, working to enhance our systems and ensure everything runs smoothly for our users.

  • System Review: Evaluate our current IT setup, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
  • User Assistance: Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and document the requirements for system updates.
  • Design and Implementation: Create detailed plans for system enhancements and work with developers to bring them to life.
  • Testing: Oversee the testing of systems to ensure they function reliably and securely.
  • Change Management: Help guide system updates, ensuring smooth transitions with clear communication and training.
  • Documentation: Keep records of processes and configurations up to date and share knowledge with the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest IT trends to keep our systems cutting-edge and efficient.
Position Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in IT or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience in a similar role, especially in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards E1 9.2.
  • Strong skills in system analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
