We're looking for a

Marketing Programs Coordinator

with a sharp attention to detail to join our rapidly expanding marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Programs Manager, you'll actively support ongoing initiatives in

webinars, virtual events, email marketing , and more. Your role will be central to owning program logistics, conducting research, executing, and following up on various programs, particularly in webinars and virtual events for the North American markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, possesses a strong sales understanding, and demonstrates project management and public speaking skills. You'll collaborate closely with sales and other marketing teams, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, and independence. As a coordinator, your pivotal role ensures the smooth execution and success of webinars and marketing initiatives. Location:

Anchored in the heart of Austin, TX, this hybrid role is typically in the office on Tuesday, and Thursday at our bustling downtown Austin office. Forget about parking woes - we've got it covered Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted. What You'll Be Doing: Support and execute our

webinar strategy , managing promotion, speaker outreach, and presentation logistics for stakeholders.

Take ownership of seamlessly executing 7-10 webinars monthly, effectively prioritize tasks, and critically organize programs and webinar collateral, including proactive troubleshooting of any technical issues.

Lead the entire process from start to finish, utilizing strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure our project plans are consistently up-to-date in Asana.

Collaborate seamlessly with various teams, including social, content, pre & post sales, MOPs, customer & product marketing, product management, external vendors, IT, and WebDEV. You’ll schedule and participate in regular calls with internal teams to facilitate these campaign plans and keep everyone updated on our plans.

Work closely with team members to craft titles and abstracts for webinars, ensuring alignment across departments.

Demonstrate a proactive approach, thinking on your feet, and taking the initiative to ensure webinar success.

Leverage your understanding of sales processes to guide prospects through the pipeline and enhance the effectiveness of webinars and related promotions.

Take charge of organizing and planning webinar content calendars proactively.

Actively engage in public speaking, confidently delivering updates, prizes, and warmly introducing speakers, and welcoming webinar participants.

Willingly adapt to new webinar tools as needed, embracing a learning mindset to quickly apply knowledge to evolving concepts and technologies.

Proficiently use webinar tools like Zoom, SalesLoft, WordPress, Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, On24, Webex, and Bizzabo.

Thrive in ambiguous situations, maintaining a professional calm, cool, and collected demeanor under pressure.

About You BA/BS or equivalent working experience

1+ years marketing experience, demand or lead gen

Experience running webinars required

Comfortable planning and running webinars and virtual events

Comfortable researching 3rd party sponsorship opportunities and running content syndication programs.

Experience with Pardot, Zoom (GoToWebinar, on24, Webex, Bizzabo) Asana, SalesLoft, WordPress, & Salesforce preferred

Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product preferred

Detail oriented (we know, everyone says this But it applies to so many things including project management, communication, and reporting)

Capable of regularly managing multiple, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting and working alongside fast-moving sales teams

Expert in maintaining and growing relationships (internally and externally)

Efficient and effective communicator - for internal and external audiences

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $42,000 to $57,000 per year.
