**Merchandise Coordinator Austin, TX**

Dear Media is looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join the team in Austin, TX. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will help with new merchandise product design, creation & launch for the Dear Media brand and talent roster. This role works closely with cross functional teams including Talent, Production, Creative, Marketing, and third party partners to support the full process of launching successful talent merch.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Maintain and update internal project management documents (i.e. launch calendars, production excel overview, talent launch briefs, talent folders)

* Act as a liaison between Dear Media talent and merchandising partner

* Prepare agendas for calls and meetings with internal teams and external partners

* Help maintain promotional/marketing plans and ensure deadlines are met (i.e. talent posting on social channels)

* Coordinate with vendor on talent access to IG Shop

* Help with Customer Service overflow (i.e. request that go directly to talent that need to be sent to/ flagged to our customer service team)

* Coordinate photoshoots for talent launches

* Bring ideas to the table of trends from across different social channels that are a fit for Dear Media and our Talent

* Communicate and coordinate any necessary planning with internal stakeholders and Dear Media Content Team on upcoming talent launches

* Help coordinate and maintain website updates (i.e. banner updates, collection highlights)

* Help coordinate product/apparel samples and talent launch gifting

* Additional responsibilities as required

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**

* 1-2 years of equivalent experience in a Merchandise Coordinator role, or equivalent

* Strong G-Suite knowledge and skill

* Have an eye out for what is trending and apply those to create new design concepts

* Have eye for great design, graphic design principles, and typography

* Must possess an attention to detail

* Must be able to give and receive constructive feedback in a team environment.
