Bilingual PSR Lead

As a Bilingual PSR Lead, you will provide individual services to program participants with severe/chronic mental illness to help them improve functioning and meet their goals, all while supervising and fostering a supportive atmosphere within the office environment. Additionally, you will offer outreach strategies to engage participants in services, ensuring they feel connected and supported by the group dynamic.

Job Duties:
•Initiate intake process for new referrals, ensuring that consents for treatment and releases of information are obtained as required
•Modify and reviews treatment plans in consultation with participant, program supervisor, and other service providers as needed, and within predetermined timeframe
•Advocate on behalf of participant, identifies community resources, and utilizes outreach strategies to keep participants engaged in services
•Responsible for the supervision of interns and staff
• Develop crisis management plans with participants/families and teaches them how to access needed services
•Document all services using Medicaid Rule 140 and COA accreditation standards for services and documentation
Job Requirements:
•Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, required
•Bilingual English/Spanish required
•Previous experience working in the mental health or substance abuse field preferred
