Cooper Carry is a leading design firm providing architecture, planning, landscape architecture, interior design, environmental graphic design, sustainability consulting, historic preservation + adaptive reuse, lighting design and branding services. Founded in 1960, we specialize in the design of corporate, education, government, hospitality, mixed-use, office, residential, retail, science + technology and transit projects. OVERVIEW
Are you ready for growth? We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. One who has a passion for business development, winning new business and an enthusiasm for cities, design, and the built environment.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leadership to manage and support the office's business development efforts including but not limited to the development of dynamic proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a creative individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Coordinator will manage the following responsibilities and others as needed:
- Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines.
- Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.
- Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets.
- Assists with the development of digital and printed promotional materials: brochures, flyers, digital presentations, reports, award submissions and other marketing materials.
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications or business development role (experience within the AEC industry preferred).
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite with experience creating lengthy documents in InDesign.
- Invigorated by the constant change and fast pace of a high-growth organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have a "can do" attitude with the ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple deadlines, and execute quickly.
- Demonstrates high standards of work with exceptional attention to detail resulting in high quality, error free deliverables.
- Demonstrates strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. The candidate should excel under pressure in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
