Job Description Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Human Resources (VPHR) to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of domestic and international human resources management areas including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, benefit plans, and sustainability initiatives related to the human resources function. This executive position will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Strategic HR Leadership · Collaborate with executive leadership to set the strategic vision of the company · Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall strategic goals and objectives · Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to inspire and guide the HR team and the organization towards achieving excellence · Lead the HR department, fostering a team of professionals to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives

Talent Acquisition and Management · Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent · Champion succession planning process across the company · Develop and manage performance evaluation systems and development plans

Employee Relations · Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement strategies · Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance · Promote equal opportunity and diversity within the organization

HR Policies and Compliance · Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures · Install comprehensive and equitable compensation programs to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent · Oversight of payroll function and related HRIS system (Paylocity)

Benefits Administration · Direct all benefits-related activities associated with the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and liaise with external partners on the overall governance and administration of the plan · Oversee the administration of worldwide employee benefits programs, including the annual benefits review process, open enrollment, and recommend improvements as warranted · Manage all aspects of the company’s 401(k) defined contribution plan

Training and Development · Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills · Implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline · Continue to develop the HR team in a business-oriented way to support the ongoing growth in scale and complexity of the broader organization, both in the US and abroad

HR Metrics and Reporting · Establish key HR metrics and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations · Prepare regular reports on HR activities and trends for executive leadership · Reengineer HR processes as needed to ensure maximum efficiency · Develop HR budget to ensure that resource allocations reflect organizational priorities and empower direct reports to work independently.

______________________________________________________________________ Education, Skills and Experience Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM SCP, SPHR) is a plus · 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role · Experience in an international manufacturing environment a plus · Experience in an ESOP or broad ownership base a plus · In depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams · Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
