Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with experience in commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will provide accurate cost estimates and support our project bids and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients.
  • Review subcontractor bids.
  • Maintain cost databases and estimating software.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and schedules.
  • Provide value engineering options.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in commercial and industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Local candidates preferred; relocation may be required.
