Human Resources Director

THE POSITION
Pulaski Academy (PA), a coed, non-sectarian independent school for students 2.5 years old through twelfth grade announces its search for an experienced, energetic, and effective leader to serve as its next Director of Human Resources. Under the supervision of The Head of Finance & Investment, the Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the operation of the human resources function. This function includes all aspects of payroll and benefits management, preparation of annual employee contracts, compliance with employment laws and regulations, onboarding employees, and the annual 403(b) audit. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2024.
