  • Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors.
  • Expected of you and others at this level.
  • Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area.
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
  • Works on basic and routine assignments.
  • Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines.
  • Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy.
  • Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding.
  • Fulfillment of prescription device products; shipping.
  • Prescription order entry.
  • Inbound patient calls.
  • Outbound physician calls.

Requirements
  • Looking for technicians who are currently Certified.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in retail/LTC/mail order experience Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National) Must provide proof of up to date Technician CEs.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Completed High School (Diploma or GED).

Preferred:
  • Billing experience preferred.
