Job Description The Omni Channel/Ecommerce Operations Manager is responsible for delivering overall business operations excellence for our customers from Point of Purchase through order fulfillment. This role will drive growth in various programs including: Subscription, Prescription, Gift Cards, Assembly Services, and others. This role will drive cross-functional system and operational changes through partnership with all areas supporting Omni Channel, including third-party vendor management. This manager will oversee a team of analysts and is responsible for managing all aspects of either fulfillment or the returns processes including analysis, exception management and process improvement. This position works cross functionally with vendors and internal departments to improve processes that ultimately aid in reducing profit and sales loss and to continually improve the overall experience for our customers. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of Ecommerce & retail experience in order fulfillment, returns, operations and logistics o Ability to configure fulfillment and returns on the B2C ecommerce site o Ability to measure, monitor, and drive improvement in areas such as Fill Rate, Return Rates, Freight expenses, etc o Experience with unique delivery methods such as buy online, deliver in store o Ability to partner with Product Management to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the user's experience - People management experience leading a team of operations analysts o Performance management o Training, mentoring, and growing a team - Experience with shipping operations and logistics of products from multiple sources (i.e. Distribution centers, vendors, stores) - Experience using Blue Yonder (JDA) OMS - Experience looking and analyzing gaps in data with SQL o Ability to write queries, be hands on in the database and partner with analysts to find gaps in large data sets o Strong technical acumen in SQL - Ability to think outside of the box and create better process flows in shipping, fulfillment, returns, etc. - SAP Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI software experience preferred. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
