Requirements for this SVP-Commercial Banking Manager job

To excel as the SVP-Commercial Banking Manager at One Community Bank, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking/lending. Demonstrated expertise in supervisory roles, with at least 5 years of experience, is preferred. A comprehensive understanding of current financial industry regulations, policies, and procedures is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective leadership skills are paramount for providing guidance, coaching, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports. Proficiency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office tools is required to streamline operations and drive productivity.
