This person plays a vital role in developing and executing HR communication strategies to engage, inform and inspire our employees. This person will be an advocate and help shape and drive initiatives designed to foster a great experience for our employees.Responsibilities will include A communications advisor to our HR leaders and key partners to develop and implement communication strategies related to our HR and Employee Experience initiatives.Develop and manage a communications content calendar to deliver on HR strategies and operational requirementsWrite and edit all communications that are issued from the HR department, including employer branding social media posts, eDMs, intranet posts, career site content etcCreate and issue change management communications across digital and non-digital channels and eventsEnsure brand consistency and messaging on the visuals, tone of voice, and look and feel of all contentMonitor and measure the effectiveness of our communicationsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and change management.Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or a related subject8+ years of work experience in corporate communications, journalism, or publishingNative English speaker with exceptional English writing and editing skills.
