Position Overview We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual to support and manage non-profit marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a fundraising spirit and a philanthropic heart, acting as the liaison between the charity and the public. The Charity Customer Support Representative will provide information about fundraising and donations, resolve customer account issues with accuracy and efficiency, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, engaging, patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others someone who loves talking to people Responsibilities Identify and assess donors needs to achieve satisfaction Generate fundraising donations and leads Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate methods/tools Handle questions and complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts Follow communication procedures and policies in line with charity bylaws Engage donors and educate them about the charitys work Desired Skills Proven customer support or client service experience Experience or background in philanthropy or charity work Customer-oriented with adaptability to different personalities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: Marketing Services Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at Rising Star Executives.
