Position Summary

Working under the CSR Supervisor this position monitors and manages CSR requests for KPI and inventory accuracy

  • Manage LMR Tool (logistic material request) for KPI improvement

  • Report overdue issues and assist in root cause analysis to supervisor and storage control clerk

  • Escalate material not found to proper teams

  • Manage all internal and external customer requests, anticipate needs, communicate appropriately

  • Track CSR deadlines for tasks assigned.

  • Constant communication with customer

  • Communicate work status to supervisors for shift continuity

  • Accountable for closing LMR requests on time for KPI

  • Pick, pull, deliver, hazardous materials

  • Maintain hazardous materials bins for final assembly line

  • Inventory control

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older

  • GED/High School Diploma

  • Able to drive a forklift

  • G-suite proficiency

Physical Demands:

  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Travel:

Local travel (Mobile, Irvington, Theodore locations)
