Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all significant e-commerce initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Drive conversion optimization efforts and develop A/B testing strategies.
  • Utilize e-commerce analytics to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, trends, and regulations.
  • Manage technology stacks, including content management systems and platforms like Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing and launching successful e-commerce platforms or features.

  • Collaboration with the marketing team on strategies for channels like email, SMS, website, affiliates, organic search, and marketplaces.
  • Development and execution of promotional strategies and coordination of cross-functional campaigns.
  • Monitoring and improving website performance, load times, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Ensuring website security, accuracy, quality, and SEO optimization of product descriptions.
