Sr Supply Chain Manager

Replenishment Insights Professional This position is a hybrid, working in the Rogers, AR office three days a week. You will serve as a senior-level Replenishment Insights professional responsible for implementing advanced supply chain and logistics strategies. Supporting key departments for Walmart. Responsibilities Develop tools to support customer requirements like OTIF and SQEP. Use systems like Walmart's Scintilla (formerly Luminate) to analyze supplier and replenishment performance. Collaborate with clients to improve supply chain efficiency and compliance. Identify inventory risks and implement solutions to prevent lost sales. Support client presentations and strategy sessions with Walmart. Analyze inventory and forecasts to meet in-stock and delivery goals. Align sales forecasts across stakeholders and communicate performance metrics. Provide updates on inventory challenges, opportunities, and forecast changes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's required + Bachelor of Arts Degree Work Experience: 6+ years of supply chain experience + 3+ years of previous supervisory or management experience preferred + Experience / proficient in Microsoft Office Specifically Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: Experience in data analysis and working with customer systems and technologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management. Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems, including Retail Link and GRS. Understanding of Walmart's supply chain operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
