You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects. Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience. Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms. Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir, or similar). Experience working with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis. At least one recent (within the last 3 years) full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, go-live, and support. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications. Flexibility and ability to travel as required.Ideally, You'll Also HaveExperience with predictive analytics, scenario modeling, or supply chain optimization. Experience with mobile supply chain solutions and advanced scheduling/dispatch tools. Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Broader experience with supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis). Desire to work in an information systems environment. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
