The LPN may substitute PEARS instead of PALS.Experience: MA-Clinical Skills may be specific to the clinical setting but may include EKGs, respiratory testing, lab tests classified as "waived" under CLIA, and administering medication only by unit, or single dosage, or by a dosage calculated and verified by a healthcare practitioner. CMA/LPN/RN Clinical Skills may be specific to the clinical setting but may include capillary blood withdrawal, venipuncture, intradermal.
