Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive payroll system for a large workforce, managing tasks from data input to verification of various compensation components like timecards, bonuses, and commissions. Guarantee precise and punctual payroll processing, encompassing deductions, taxes, and garnishments, all while upholding strict confidentiality protocols.

Regularly audit and reconcile payroll documentation, promptly addressing any inconsistencies, and furnish precise reports to HR and finance departments. Stay abreast of evolving federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure adherence and minimize compliance risks.

Engage in collaborative efforts with diverse teams such as HR, finance, and IT to refine payroll procedures, troubleshoot challenges, and introduce enhancements. Deliver exemplary customer support by swiftly addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax matters, and deductions.

Maintain meticulous and current payroll records, encompassing employee particulars, tax filings, and pertinent paperwork, to uphold organizational accuracy and compliance.
