_**Xcite Automotive is seeking a Reconditioning Center Supervisor for our new dealership partners in Cockeysville, MD**_

Center Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing Center Managers, operations, sales, and financials for respective areas.

You will earn an annual salary of $55,000, pay is based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- All standards are met for professionalism, team appearance, vehicle operations, work ethic, customer service, and safety and cleanliness are upheld at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Verify Center Managers and Dealer Services Coordinators are maintaining proper daily and weekly communications with dealership management
- Create and maintain a work environment where employees have the tools, resources, training, and support necessary to operate in the most efficient and effective manner possible
- Assist in all Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Review and approve all payroll and bonus targets by defined deadlines
- Approve supply orders and guide associates on budgeted usage
- Conduct regular meetings with Center Managers to set and review goals and expectations
- Ensure all centers are effective and operating effectively.
- Work with Leadership Teams to ensure proper staffing is in place to handle current and new business
- Ensure locations, visits and calls are entered and notated in CRM
- Directly process recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and terminations
- Ensure proper rollout of new products, policies, practices and procedures
- Communicate with all assigned Center Managers and dealer clients
- Provide important data and updates to Executive Management in a timely manner
- Other duties assigned by Executive Management are not limited to the above

**What you need**:

- Leadership experience managing diverse teams of 50+ people, 5-10 years of experience
- Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
- Strong drive for continuous improvement
- Comfortable with managing complex processes
- Hands-on mentality, someone who is not afraid to jump in at any stage of a process when needed

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **18 years of age or older**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous management experience required
- Automotive service experience required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
