**Description**

**JOB SUMMARY:**

Responsible for account management and office support, including analytics, general office management, and marketing of case management, bill review, and all other CorVel services.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Run and analyze internal reports, including tracking both client and internal key performance indicators

* Plan and organize activities, conferences, client and staff events

* Answer and return phone calls and emails from internal and external clients and healthcare providers

* Assist with accounts payable and receivable and asset tracking

* Assist with culture initiatives, employee onboarding, and other HR related support functions

* Maintain & follow CorVel Employee Dress Code, and hygiene requirements

* Requires punctual and consistent attendance

* General office duties

* Additional duties as assigned

* Maintain a clean driving record to maintain compliance with our internal and external requirements

* Occasional travel to customer sites may be required

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:**

* Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Good organization, time management skills, and ability to multitask

* Strong analytical skills

* Detail Oriented

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**

* College degree required (or equivalent work experience)

* Masters degree preferred

* Customer service experience preferred
