Responsibilities:

• Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operations
• Establish financial and program goals for the community
• Monitor and manage monthly budget
• Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff

• Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and services
• Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delines
• Follow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities
• All other duties, as assigned

Qualifications :

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• 3+ years of administrator experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

• Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate others
• Strong organizational , analytical , and communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently oversee all community operations
