Mployer Advisor is hiring a Business Development Representative for an industry-first, high-demand digital marketplace. If you want to be part of a positive change to the US healthcare system and be compensated for the value you bring, then we are a great fit for you.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the SaaS or employee benefits industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to target prospects through effective email and phone communication, with the primary objective of securing qualified meetings for the sales team.

In this role you will:

Utilize a combination of email campaigns and phone calls to engage with key decision-makers within the target companies.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospects.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 yearw of experience as a Business Development Representative in SaaS or employee benefits.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.

Willingness to learn and grow your skillset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
