Brillient Corporation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Program Manager with exceptional management and people skills. This position requires technical acumen to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary program and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of program personnel. As the Program Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brillient Corporation and a government client, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. This role is essential for driving the success of contract execution and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

•Proven experience managing a high-dollar program, project, or contract (over $200 million lifecycle).

•Ten years of comprehensive project management experience, with at least five years in a production environment.

•A bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Program Management
  • Business or Public Administration
  • Technical Management
  • Information Systems
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Related Fields
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and coordinate planning and implementation of project activities.

•Presentation and public speaking skills.

•Experience addressing operational concerns, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, and analyzing training needs.

•Knowledge of records management; Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

•Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

•Excellent time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate program functions.

Position Requirements:

•A minimum of ten years of comprehensive project management experience.

•At least five years of this experience must be in a government contracts environment.

•Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance

•This position is an on-site position at the Governments facility.

•A bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines

  • Business or Public Administration
  • Technical Management
  • Information Systems
  • Engineering
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Related Fields
•A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
  • A PMP certification issued by the Project Management Institute may be used in lieu of educational requirements.

Additional Preferred Skills:

•Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships.

•Experience working in environments with ISO and CMMI certifications.

•Ability to motivate a large workforce (500+) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Experience in Lean environments.

•Collaborate with analytics to apply appropriate resources while maintaining high quality.

•Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity of operations.

•Monitor schedules, risk management, performance metrics, and cost control.

•Develop and execute program strategies to drive contract expansion and future business growth.

•Prepare and present program reviews, reports, and updates to senior leadership both internal to Brillient and to the client.

•Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
