Summary/Objective
This position is primarily responsible for administrative assistance and support to assigned department personnel within the agency. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and other devices.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear all day. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hand to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Hours may vary, depending on the needs of the company or department assigned.

No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in an office environment.
- State of Georgia Insurance License.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from college or technical school.
- Industry Designation.
- Prior experience in an insurance agency.
