Our physical therapist-owned practice has been providing exceptional physical therapy services in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina since 1999. We have 9 private-practice clinics, SEPT Physical Therapy, and manage 5 contract satellite outpatient clinics.

Our caseload encompasses patients with both non-surgical and post-operative scenarios, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management. Beyond our focus on outpatient orthopedics, explore our specialized programs in pelvic health, upper extremity, neurology, and lymphedema for comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.

Requirements for this position include the following:

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program

  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
