Company Description

Cornerstone Physical Therapy is seeking to fill a position for an orthopedic trained Physical Therapist. The clinic is PT owned and a manual based clinic. We are looking for a PT that is able to work in our Arden location. Ideally the candidate has at least two to three years of experience in an outpatient setting. New graduates will be considered on a case by case basis. The clinic provides a competitive benefits package that is partial for part-time work and full benefits for full-time employees. The full time package includes Health Insurance coverage (after 60 days), 401K contributions after 6 months and competitive PTO, sick days and Continuing education days. We offer up to $2500/year in continuing education reimbursement for full time therapists to continue to grow and learn within the field. There is also an option to reduce the overall benefits package and increase the annual salary to increase take home pay.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Physical Therapist at Cornerstone Physical Therapy, located in Arden, NC. As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and techniques, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and contribute to their rehabilitation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred
  • Certifications in specialized areas such as orthopedics or neurology are a plus
